Value Add Approach
The principals and the managing team will use its local operating ability and in-depth market knowledge to reposition assets. The Partnership will look for distressed properties, rent regulated buildings, undervalued retail, and rental to condominium conversions. The Partnership will leverage its local market knowledge to capitalize on opportunities to reposition properties and significantly increase rents.
